We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Travel distance is factored into your quote, and we're happy to bring the bar to Central California, Sacramento, and further, just reach out.

We love a good celebration. Corporate events, weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, conferences, teacher appreciation weeks, brand activations, and everything in between. If there are people to caffeinate, we're there.

Every event is different, so we quote based on guest count, service duration, package type, staffing needs, and travel distance. Our Full On-Site Café starts at $900 for up to 50 guests.

We bring everything your package needs such as the cart, espresso equipment, matcha, milk, cups, supplies, and our team. We handle setup, service, and breakdown so you can focus entirely on your event. One complimentary cup personalization is included with every booking. We have two of our own bars, but are open to using yours if it meets our service needs.

Our cart fits comfortably in a 6' x 6' footprint. We'll also need access to a standard electrical outlet if we are bringing the espresso machine. No outlet available? Let us know and we can discuss options.

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before service begins for setup. Breakdown takes about 45 minutes after service ends. We build this into our event timeline so there are no surprises, but it could take more time depending on distance from car, stairs, terrain, etc.

Our standard menu includes espresso and matcha lattes, americanos and cappuccinos  served hot or iced with a choice of oat or whole milks. We have seasonal syrups, specialty flavors, fresh squeezed lemonade, hot chocolate, and more. Just ask and we can create your ideal menu.

Yes, cart personalization is one of our favorite things. We offer custom front-of-bar personalization, personalized compostable 16 oz cups, and edible wafer toppers. One cup personalization is always included with your booking. Additional branding add-ons are available at a flat rate.

Yes we use first harvest ceremonial grade matcha and our coffee beans are locally roasted in Oakland by Proyecto Diaz.
